I’ve done research independently and it is suggested that meditation and mindfulness can contribute to a significant decline in inattentive and hyperactive-impulse symptoms. At Luminous Learners we promote and model mindfulness daily! It is so important for children to understand the significance of being in the ‘present moment’ as well as the importance of relaxing ones body and clearing ones mind.
