Welcome to our Toddler ‘Penguins’ Program! Our goal in this program is to encourage and support more interactive, group play; help build knowledge of basic concepts such as letters, numbers, colors and shapes; to help promote self help skills such as using utensils, pulling on hats, and similar tasks; to offer a schedule that has a predictable routine for children.

7:30am-9:00am Outdoor Play or Classroom Exploration; Arrivals
9:00am-9:30am Morning Circle
9:30am-10:00am Snack
10:00am-11:00am Gross Motor Area or Classroom Exploration
11:00am-12:00pm Activity
12:00pm-12:30pm Lunch
12:30-1:30 Outdoor Learning
1:30pm-3:00pm Nap/Quiet Rest (Nap begins with guided mediation)
3:00pm-3:30pm Snack
3:30pm-4:30pm Activity
4:30pm-6:00pm Outdoor Play or Classroom Exploration; Departures
*Activity time will be teacher-led and applies to a weekly theme. Areas from which curriculum should be approached are: Sensory, Literature/Writing, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Arts & Crafts, Fine Motor, Music, Drama.
